A memory, a faint taste – Nicole’s short films blur the line between dream and reality. With the deliberate use of ellipses she tries to express what cannot be said, just like the pause between two words.

Analog photography
Portraits, architecture and landscape photography are her main focus. She experiments with different types of cameras and 35 mm film, taking a playful and candid approach to her work.

„Die Türen der S 12 schieben sich auf und ehe ich mich versehe, tauche ich in eine Welt ein, die mir sowohl komplett vertraut als auch völlig fremd ist. Ich stehe auf dem Perron und wo mich einst brache Felder umgaben, stehen nun ganze Blöcke in knalligen Farben aufgereiht den Bahngleisen entlang. Ich muss an Lego denken.“ – Agglo, my love
